General Information

Adams Architectural Millwork

Adams Architectural Millwork fabricates historically accurate windows, doors, and millwork. Our craftsmen (and women) are well-versed in traditional methods of fabrication combined with state-of-the-art equipment. This means that we unite the best of both worlds—attention to detail and time-tested methods of construction with technology that assures accuracy.

We offer window units, sash only, or weight and pulley windows, all made to your custom dimensions. We can incorporate restoration glass (to simulate glass from the 1700s to 1900s), include muntin patterns (Colonial or Prairie style), or use a specific wood to match an existing window or trim. Whether it is a standard rectangular window, a segment (arched) top, or a half round top, Adams Architectural Millwork has the knowledge and ability to fabricate it.

From double doors with an astragal to a single-entry door with sidelights and transom, we will work with you to create exactly what you desire for your home or business. We have also fabricated doors for railroad stations and fire stations. Adams Architectural Millwork can upgrade a door style by including insulated glass while maintaining an historical appearance. Leaded glass or wood details are accomplished with ease through extensive planning and preparation. We have the ability and experience to replicate practically any shape or size door.
